When we wanted to buy a RP machine, we were sure that we would give priority to quality rather than quantity & Solidscape was the obvious choice then. Thousands of models later & five years down the line with 3 machines in our factory, my views have not changed even after seeing new RP machines year after year at different exhibitions. The best thing about Solidscape is that you don't have to design any model taking into account the manufacturing constraints. It gives the designer freedom to design practically anything & the next day you have the casting ready. Moreover, it's the most cost-effective & user-friendly machine which requires minimum technical support.

After evaluating all options, we chose Solidscape RP machine for our in-house requirement of producing master models since that was the only machine which could handle both the complexity of designs which we have with no distortion, & we much prefer wax instead of resin as we could never, after many attempts cast resin consistently. In our office in Thailand, we now have 3 machines installed & running 24x7, producing a variety of master model which we cast directly in silver. I must say that we are extremely happy with the quality of output & the castability of pieces, as well as prompt attention by Solidscape when we need support.

We purchased Solidscape in 2008 after rigorously evaluating all available options in the market. For a company which has to print 100-250 master models a month, we found no better option than Solidscape. The level of detailing & precision you could get in Solidscape, you could not get in any machine – even in machines which cost 4-5 times more. Moreover, the casting is perfect which is a pain in other systems. Our experience as a user has been very good with an output of 5-6 models a day on a steady basis.

When we bought the Solidscape machine, we encountered post layer failures one day & just out of curiosity we wrote to Solidscape. Further, Mr. Vikrant Rawa called & directed to make some temperature changes. We did it & since then, the machine has run perfectly. To sum it up all, the machine is giving excellent outputs and it gives us an immense sense of satisfaction, that we made an appropriate choice while buying the machine.
